1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joiy9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the joiy9 website at joiy9.net, including all associated services, games, features, promotions, and payment facilities.

By registering an account, accessing the joiy9 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the joiy9 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on joiy9.net, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, the more specific document takes precedence for its subject matter.

1.1 Scope of Services

The joiy9 platform provides online casino gaming (including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games), sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), and associated account, payment, and customer support services to eligible players in Bangladesh.

1.2 Modification of Terms

joiy9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the joiy9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit your use of gambling services.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from joiy9 or excluded by joiy9 due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of joiy9 or any of its affiliated software providers, and are not an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Age Verification

joiy9 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any point — including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, or at any subsequent point where additional verification is deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh.

Until verification is completed to joiy9's satisfaction, withdrawals may be suspended and access to certain platform features may be restricted. joiy9 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from verification delays where the player has not provided documentation promptly.

2.2 Player Representations

By using the joiy9 platform, you represent and warrant on each occasion that all eligibility criteria set out in this section are satisfied. You further represent that the funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full joiy9 platform — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. joiy9 relies on the information you provide to comply with its obligations, and inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold exactly one joiy9 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. joiy9 employs technical detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joiy9 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joiy9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. joiy9 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact joiy9 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide your real legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number at registration. These details must match the identification documents you provide during verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

joiy9 operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. As part of this programme, joiy9 may request supporting documentation including proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions and, ultimately, account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All joiy9 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joiy9 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which joiy9 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

joiy9 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — processed instantly for deposits; withdrawals typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — deposits and withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard — subject to card issuer approval and applicable processing times.

All processing times are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). joiy9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the joiy9 cashier at the time of transaction. joiy9 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at the account level. These limits may be adjusted as part of responsible gaming measures or as required by joiy9's internal risk management procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC) to joiy9's satisfaction.
• Have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements that apply to the balance being withdrawn.
• Withdraw to a payment method in your own name — joiy9 does not process third-party withdrawals.
• Have a verified account in good standing with no active fraud investigation.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the joiy9 platform to process transactions that constitute or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity. joiy9 monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report activity to relevant authorities where legally required. Depositing funds without genuine intention to bet — for example, to exploit payment processing — is prohibited and may result in account closure and recovery of funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

joiy9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and to the specific terms of each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by joiy9 are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and time limits are stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the point of offer. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. joiy9 does not hide wagering requirements — if they apply, they will be stated before the bonus is accepted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

joiy9 reserves the right to refuse, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or participating in coordinated exploitation with other players. Where bonus abuse is identified, joiy9 may close the associated account and withhold any associated balances.

5.3 Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings. joiy9 does not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

5.4 Promotions for Bangladesh Players

joiy9 runs a number of promotions specifically for the Bangladesh market, including cricket season promotions during BPL and ICC T20 World Cup fixtures, and seasonal promotions during Ramadan, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms and to any additional conditions stated in the individual promotion. joiy9 is not obligated to offer any particular promotion and reserves the right to discontinue or modify any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

joiy9 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All casino games offered on the joiy9 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure random and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other reputable providers, and are subject to the rules and oversight of those providers.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on joiy9 are subject to the standard rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets placed on cricket matches — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by joiy9's cricket betting rules, which address match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, result reversals, and in-play betting cancellations. Players are advised to read the applicable sport rules before placing any bet.

6.2 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or validity of a bet or game round, joiy9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player. joiy9 is not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. Bets placed on erroneous odds resulting from a manifest technical error may be voided by joiy9 regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

6.3 Prohibited Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the joiy9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets without genuine manual player input.
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics or bonus systems.
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information exploitation, or corrupt betting activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's software.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market (arbitrage) in conjunction with bonus funds.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your joiy9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with the standard withdrawal process. Upon closure, you will no longer have access to the account or any balances that have not yet been withdrawn. Account closure does not affect any obligations you owe to joiy9 that arose prior to closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by joiy9

joiy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Identification as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Identification as a prohibited person (e.g., a joiy9 employee or their immediate family member).
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant.

Where joiy9 closes an account due to a proven breach of these Terms, joiy9 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as a remedy for the breach. Where closure is not due to a player breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. joiy9 will attempt to notify the player via their registered email address before designating an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

8 Responsible Gaming

joiy9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy, a means of relieving debt, or a response to emotional distress. If gambling stops being fun, joiy9 encourages you to use the tools available on the platform and to seek support.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all joiy9 account holders and can be activated from the account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the total net losses you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications summarising your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the joiy9 platform. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. During exclusion, your account is deactivated and all marketing communications are suspended.

8.2 18+ Enforcement

joiy9 strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. If joiy9 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during a period in which the account holder was found to be a minor may be forfeited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the joiy9 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content — is the intellectual property of joiy9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The joiy9 name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary to joiy9.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joiy9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any joiy9 content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from joiy9 content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any joiy9 software or platform component.
• Use any joiy9 trademark or brand element in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Any unauthorised use of joiy9 intellectual property may result in account closure, civil action, or both.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joiy9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the joiy9 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or any cause beyond joiy9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Where joiy9's liability cannot be excluded by law, joiy9's total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your joiy9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which joiy9 is incorporated and operates.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and joiy9, you should first contact the joiy9 support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint in English. joiy9 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the joiy9 support team within 30 days, the parties may seek resolution through an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism. joiy9 will cooperate in good faith with any such process.

11.2 Language of Proceedings

All dispute resolution correspondence, documentation, and proceedings relating to joiy9 shall be conducted in English. This is consistent with the English-language nature of the joiy9 platform and these Terms.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, by a valid provision that achieves the closest possible commercial intent to the original.

12 Amendments to These Terms

joiy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at joiy9.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or player obligations — joiy9 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice via their registered email address before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the joiy9 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
